Mater-Gap Rating 2/10

He is currently starring in the Disney Pixar Film "Cars".

In the film, Mater is described as a good old boy with a big heart and is the only tow truck in Radiator Springs. He runs Tow-Mater Towing and Salvage and manages the local impound lot.

Though a little rusty, he has the quickest tow rope in Carburettor County and is always the first to lend a helping hand. Mater sees the bright side of any situation and is Lightening McQueens best friend.

He has a V8 engine and a 2 barrel carburettor that runs on either 6 or 7 cylinders.

His favourate pastime is tow hook fishing and is a self-proclaimed "worlds best backwards driver".
